Sing Me Home

TV

Newfoundland has some great place names.

Newfoundland has some amazing singer-songwriters.

The new series Sing Me Home wisely brought the two together. The new series, running on Bell Fibe TV, features local singer-songwriter Colleen Power travelling to different Newfoundland communities, learning about them and then composing a song based on the experience.

It’s entertaining. It’s informative and, for me, a great way to spend an evening — I binged the entire series in one go.

Check it out.
